Web Developer/IT Support

We are seeking a Web Developer/IT Support responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining websites to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will ensure that websites are visually appealing, function smoothly, and provide easy navigation without errors or loading issues.

This role may also involve various IT support responsibilities, including creating new systems, troubleshooting software issues, and managing computer-based information systems. The position requires adaptability to perform a range of tasks depending on company needs, including designing, developing, and managing hardware, software, and networks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement website layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS practices.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
• Create conceptual models, wireframes, mock-ups, user flow diagrams, prototypes, empathy maps, product roadmaps, style guides, and specification documents as part of a design strategy.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
• Prepare and maintain software documentation.
• Maintain, expand, and scale the website as needed.
• Utilize spreadsheet tools effectively.
• Edit photos as required.
• Leverage mechanical aptitude for hardware-related tasks.
• Identify technical problems and deploy appropriate IT solutions.
• Design and develop computer-based systems or programs.
• Assess and address user needs with technological solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• IT certification or degree in computer science (preferred).
• Experience in PC repair and printer troubleshooting (preferred).
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and photo editing software.
• Mechanical aptitude for hardware tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
