Job Title: 1st Shift Material Handler (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join a growing manufacturing team that produces off-road vehicles and tractors. This is a long-term opportunity with a company that values safety, teamwork, and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move raw materials and finished goods between production and warehouse areas
• Load and unload trailers and shipping containers, including heavy loads
• Feed and stage materials for production lines
• Accurately scan and track products and inventory transactions
• Load finished products for customer shipments using forklifts and material handling equipment
• Inspect and repair damaged units as needed
• Power wash tractors before final inspection and shipment
• Maintain forklift equipment and follow all operating procedures
• Adhere to ISO standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and housekeeping requirements
• Report safety concerns and assist with maintaining a safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and priorities
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Equipment Used:

• Forklift
• Material handling equipment
• Product scanning systems

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to load and unload trucks and verify shipments
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment
