Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for a Customer Service Representative for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that each interaction results in a positive experience for the customer.

DETAILED SUMMARY:  

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about our products/services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers by placing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
• Identify and report recurring issues to management to improve customer experience.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service operation.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience as a customer service representative or a similar role.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively
• Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English and Spanish
• You must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
