We are looking for a skilled Mid‑Level Service Technician (solid B‑Tech) with 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. This role requires someone who can work independently, diagnose issues accurately, and complete repairs efficiently. Candidates must bring their own tools and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues
• Complete service tickets, documentation, and repair notes accurately
• Use personal tools to perform repairs safely and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, customers, and team members
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support installations, upgrades, and field service needs as required

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a Service Technician
• Must have own tools
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, professional, and safety‑focused
• Valid driver’s license (if field service is required)

Preferred Experience
