Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts based on their needs.
• Provide product recommendations and technical support.
• Process sales transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and restock shelves as needed.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in counter sales, retail, or automotive/industrial parts preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for order entry and inventory management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of automotive or industrial parts is a plus but not required.
