 PM String Packer: 

Shift: 3rd shift, 9:00pm-6:30am, Sunday-Thursday one week, Monday-Thursday the next (Every-other Sunday) - Will be moving to a rotating schedule 12 hour shifts in future

Responsibilities: This position performs the packaging operation of string cheeses, monitoring the machinery and ensuring quality of the product. Sets up and sanitizes all machines prior to daily operation and dismantles and cleans after daily operation. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and accurately records all production information. This job requires steady standing, lifting, and stretching. Must be able to work as part of a team in a changing work environment.

Rate: $20/hr

 

AM Shred:

Shift: Monday-Thursday and Fridays as needed 5am-5pm

Responsibilities: Pull cheese for production, operate shred machinery, remove bags from conveyor, sanitize machinery and tools, clean shred room, complete documentation. 

Rate: $19/hr

 

AM String Packer:

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm Will be moving to a rotating schedule of 12 hour shifts in future

Responsibilities: Packaging operation of string cheese, monitor machines, set up and sanitize machines, package and weigh product, record production data, maintain clean workspace.

Rate: $19/hr

 

AM Loaf Packer:

Shift: 1st shift, 5 days a week rotating schedule, 6:00am–4:00pm

Responsibilities: This position is responsible for packaging loaves of cheese on a fast-paced rotational line. Duties include setting up and sanitizing machinery, monitoring equipment, accurately recording production data, and lifting blocks of cheese up to 70 lbs. Teamwork and physical stamina are essential.

Rate: $19.00/hr

 

PM Loaf Packer:

Shift: 2nd shift, 5 days a week rotating schedule, 4:00pm–Done (typically 8–10 hours)

Responsibilities: This position packages loaves of cheese on a rotational line in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include machine setup and sanitation, quality monitoring, accurate record-keeping, and handling cheese blocks weighing up to 70 lbs. Must work well as part of a team and manage physical demands.

Rate: $20.00/hr

 

PM Makeroom Operator:

Shift: 3rd shift, rotating schedule, 7:00pm–7:00am, 4-3-3 schedule

Responsibilities: Assists with cheese production by monitoring equipment and testing pH/acid levels. Performs tasks like knitting, milling, and boxing cheese. Must work independently and as part of a team in a hot, humid environment. Requires frequent lifting and physical activity.

Rate: $20.50/hr

 

Whey Operator:

Shift: 3rd Shift, 4-3-3 schedule, 6:00pm–6:00am

Responsibilities: Operate and monitor all equipment in the Whey department, including whey pasteurizer, R.O./Polisher, U.F. systems, and C.I.P. systems, along with associated silos. Responsible for cleaning equipment, loading whey products, and accurately recording process data. Must be able to work independently for long periods, tolerate a warm environment, lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders and stoop under pipes. Position includes three 20-minute breaks.

Rate: $20.85/hr

 

 

 AM Makeroom Operator Table Runner:

Shift: 1st shift, 2-2-3 rotating schedule, 5:30am–5:30pm

Responsibilities: The Makeroom Table Runner supports the Cheesemaker in producing high-quality table cheese by monitoring key steps in the process and ensuring products meet quality standards. This role includes testing and recording pH and moisture levels, assisting with cheese handling and cooling, and monitoring equipment to maintain proper performance. The position also involves safely operating production equipment, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines, and assisting with cleaning and maintenance. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, communicate clearly, and work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.

Rate: $19.00/hr

 

PM Master Operator Shift: 

Shift: 3rd Shift, Rotating Schedule, Must be flexible! 

Responsibilities: The Master Operator receives training in all production and packaging departments. This position fills in where needed for employee extended leaves and for open positions while the recruitment process happens. This position requires open availability to all days of the week, and times of the day with as much scheduling notice as possible. The right person for this position is someone who is flexible, adaptable and reliable. This person should have good written/verbal communication skills and demonstrate working knowledge of machine operations and overall production processes.
