Position: Manufacturing Project Engineer

Location: Dent, OH

Responsibilities:

• Project Design & Planning:
  • Assess customer requirements and drawings to determine project feasibility.
  • Develop detailed project layouts and preliminary design proposals.
  • Integrate technical innovations to enhance project designs.
• Project Management & Execution:
  • Manage projects from ordering equipment to overseeing startup and training.
  • Coordinate contractors, ensuring compliance with project specs, safety, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and select parts and equipment.
  • Oversee installation and startup phases, managing on-site contractors.
• Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving design-related challenges.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, and vendor teams to drive project success.
  • Prepare detailed proposal documentation, including technical specifications.
• Continuous Improvement & Compliance:
  • Conduct engineering and design reviews to enhance project outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree 
• Previous Project Management or Engineering.
• Previous experience in Manufacturing. 
• Previous experience with AutoCAD Inventor 
• Background in Construction or Industrial Projects is a plus 
• Valid Drivers License 
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
