We are seeking a Coil Winders to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will manufacture coils according to detailed manufacturing instructions, ensuring each product meets our strict quality standards. You’ll work closely with multiple departments to support on-time delivery, comply with our AS9100 Quality Management System, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Manufacture coils per manufacturing traveler and established procedures.
Ensure all work complies with quality and safety standards.
Collaborate daily with Planning, Stockroom, Final Inspection, Quality, and Production teams.
Support on-time delivery and production goals.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.

High School Diploma, GED, or at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience.
