Caseworker – Housing & Homeless Services

$19/hr | Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm

Do you have hands-on experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability? We are partnering with a local housing organization seeking a compassionate, experienced Caseworker to support clients on their path toward stability and independence.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked directly with low-income populations, homeless individuals, or within a shelter or housing services environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct client intakes and complete comprehensive needs assessments

• Develop individualized service plans and set measurable goals

• Provide ongoing case management and consistent follow-up support

• Connect clients with community resources (housing, employment, healthcare, transportation, etc.)

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with program guidelines

• Advocate for clients while maintaining professional boundaries

Required Experience:

• Direct work experience with low-income, homeless, or at-risk populations

• Previous case management or shelter experience strongly preferred

• Strong documentation and organizational skills

• Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
