Wheeling, IL | 1st & 2nd Shifts Available

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? We're looking for 5 CNC Machine Operators to join a dynamic and expanding manufacturing team in Wheeling, IL.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts based on blueprints and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as needed for top-quality output.
• Load raw materials and handle finished products efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep machines in peak condition.
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve production goals.

Shift Options & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Pay: $19 - $21+ per hour (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNC machine operation training or a related technical program (a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
