Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

We’re recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Representative position with a well-established company in the medical device industry. This role involves providing exceptional customer support while handling approximately 50 calls per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service and support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of call center or related customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
