Job Summary:

Our client in St. Clair Shores is looking for an experienced Custodian to help maintain their senior facility!

What you’ll be doing as a Custodian

·         Maintain and do daily cleaning duties to maintain the indoor appearance and cleanliness of the building (Vacuum lobby/elevator, restrooms, remove trash, etc.)

·         Weekly cleaning duties in the building such as cleaning windowsills, heating units, fire hose cabinets, laundry room, chairs, fixtures, mop floors, clean boiler room, sweep and mop stairwells, and clean kitchen.

·         Clean as needed such as: food spills, broken bottles, debris, etc.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Custodian

·         2-4 years custodial/janitorial experience

·         Ability to lift (up to) 40 lbs.

·         Positive attitude and able to adapt to different personalities.

Additional information for the Custodial position

·         Pay: $17-18 per hour

·         Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5pm

·         St. Clair Shores, Michigan
