• Answer incoming calls and manage appointment scheduling efficiently
• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $15.00–$17.00/hr (Based on experience)
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays may be required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or scheduling role (medical office experience preferred)
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, bubbly personality
• Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
