What You'll Do

• Find top talent by sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to understand their skills, goals, and dreams
• Build relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs
• Guide candidates and clients throughout the hiring process, providing expert advice
• Attend events, build a strong network, and stay connected to a pool of potential clients and job seekers

What You Need

• Strong communication/phone etiquette skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Be a problem solver and think outside the box
• Any sales experience is a huge plus!
