Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to support the installation and assembly of electrical systems and components. This position requires hands-on experience working with wiring, electrical components, and mechanical assemblies in a detailed production environment.

The ideal candidate has experience with wiring harnesses, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in tight spaces while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Electrical Assembly

Install and route wiring harnesses according to specifications.
Assist with electrical installations and component assembly.
Perform wiring tasks in small or confined areas.
Support the installation of lighting and electrical systems.
Follow detailed instructions, diagrams, and work procedures.

Production & Quality

Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot basic wiring and assembly issues.
Use hand tools and electrical tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Complete assigned tasks while meeting production goals.

Team Support

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Communicate issues or concerns with supervisors.
Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related technical field preferred.
Familiarity with wiring, electrical components, or hands-on assembly work.
Comfortable working with hand tools and following detailed instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work in a hands-on environment and complete tasks accurately.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with wiring systems, equipment assembly, or electrical troubleshooting.
Background in manufacturing, automotive, or technical production environments.
Experience reading diagrams, instructions, or technical documentation.
