We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support a local tax company during the busy tax season. This role will require flexibility to work at both the Marysville and Colusa locations.

Job Details:

• Position Type: Temporary (through April 18th)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with possible overtime
• Locations: Marysville & Colusa

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients in person and over the phone.
• Manage administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and data organization.
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various clerical duties, including document preparation and data entry.
• Support customers with general inquiries and ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
• Reliable transportation to commute between Marysville and Colusa locations.
