Brake Press Operator - All Shifts

Located in Dresser, WI

Salary: Up to $21/hour

Join our team at CADREX, a leading metal fabrication company with locations in Dresser and Osceola, Wisconsin. We're hiring for a Press Brake Operator to shape and form metal sheets into high-quality products.

Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:45 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. ($18/hour)

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:15 p.m. - 2:45 a.m. ($20/hour)

• Weekend: Friday - Sunday, 5:45 a.m. - 6:15 p.m. (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!) ($21/hour)

 

Summer Sign-On Bonus: Effective June 1st, 2026

Effective for any Express Employment Associate who starts at the Cadrex Dresser, WI or Osceola, WI locations between June 1, 2026 and August 31, 2026.

• $500 per Express Employment Associate
• Paid after 60 days of continuous employment
• Cannot receive any documented performance, attendance (tardies, unexcused absences), or safety/quality concerns during the eligibility period
• Associate must be actively working at the Cadrex Dresser, WI or Osceola, WI locations on the payout date to receive the bonus

What You'll Do

• Operate brake press machines.

• Read blueprints and engineering drawings.

• Load and unload materials.

• Follow safety guidelines.

Experience & Skills (a plus, but not required)

• Experience with press brake machines, blueprint reading, and precision measuring tools.

• Familiarity with CNC press brake machines.

• On-the-job training is available.
