Counter Inside Sales Rep

Located in Fort Myers, FL

Salary: $18.00-$20.00

We are looking for a person for a counter/inside sales position with a local lumber company in Ft Myers Must have good customer service, computer skills and be comfortable with going out to the lumber yard warehouse and helping with orders when needed.

 Providing good communication and interaction with all types of customers ensuring customer satisfaction. Performing non-commission inside sales, phone services and other duties as necessary to maximizes customer satisfaction, profitability, and teamwork while protecting company assets.

 

Key areas of responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with products available
• Assist customers with installation or certification documents
• Answering phones, taking customer orders and give pricing to customer
• Pull hardware for orders taken by phone or walk in
• Check voice mail messages every morning and distribute message to proper personnel.
• Refilling brochures, re-stock, organize design center and keeping design center clean.
• Daily account billing for front desk.
• Coordinate with dispatch on receiving and delivering products
• Order product from vendors if needed
• Report any inventory and product cost discrepancies to management
• Receive payment for orders and past orders

Qualifications:

• Strong sense of customer service
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Building material sales experience helpful
• Basic computer skills a must
• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• Professional phone skills

 

Position Type:   Full Time   Temp to Perm

Pay:                 $18.00-$20.00

Schedule:         7am to 4pm  Mon – Fri
