Mechanical Assembly Technician / Haeger Machine Operator – Full-Time | Stable, Growing, Team‑Focused Company

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, day shift
  • Optional overtime may be available
  • Pre‑employment drug test required

What You’ll Do

  • Perform all mechanical assembly duties as assigned by your team leader or supervisor
  • Maintain full compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Take ownership of quality, part counts, time management, and job tracking
  • Coordinate with account managers and quality personnel to resolve assembly issues
  • Wrap, package, and protect parts for shipment as needed
  • Prepare and protect parts for internal and external downstream processes
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as required
  • Communicate clearly with team members; bilingual candidates are a plus

What You Bring

  • Familiarity with PEM / Haeger hardware installation machines
  • Forklift certification a plus
  • Ability to consistently, safely, and successfully perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and all federal, state, and local standards
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Ability to meet qualitative and quantitative productivity standards
  • Clear verbal communication skills
