We are looking to add a skilled Certified HVAC Technician to our team who is passionate about the craft and can provide excellent service while utilizing their own tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation systems) in residential and commercial properties.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics to ensure system efficiency and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and local building codes during installations and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining system issues and offering professional advice.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work orders are properly documented.
• Ensure that tools and equipment are in good working condition, keeping them organized and ready for use.

Qualifications:

• Certified HVAC Technician with a valid certification (e.g., EPA 608, NATE, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
