Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Operator for a reputable company in Bryan, TX. This role involves hands-on work in a production environment and is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of floor, ceiling, and wall track
• Prepare job sites for flooring installation
• Uncrate and handle materials for installation
• Work safely at all times, including on ladders for extended periods
• Maintain responsibility for all assigned tools
• Regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience in a manufacturing or construction setting
• Valid Driver’s License required
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Willingness to work unscheduled overtime as needed
• Working knowledge of welding, HVAC systems, and general construction practices
