New Home Sales Assistant

Located in Naples, FL

Salary: $20

NEW HOMES SALES ASSISTANT NEEDED IN NAPLES FL.  Must be able to work weekends

Schedule is Wednesday - Sunday

 

Job Duties:

• Answering phones and sending email correspondences
• Greeting people in the office and excellent customer service
• Can act as a guest services person, welcoming, and answering questions in person and over the phone
• Professional demeanor and communication skills
• Attentive to the needs of the team as an assistant and looks to be helpful
• Maintain/order office supplies and marketing materials
• Outlook Calendar scheduling events. 
• Office organization/general office work, proficient with a computer
• Other administrative duties 

Ideal Candidate:

 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Phone etiquette and professional demeanor required
• Welcoming, positive, and can-do attitude
• 3+ Years experience in customer service/hospitality environment (highly desired)
• 3+ Years sales center environment (preferred)
• Office management experience highly desired

Schedule Wed-Sat 8:30-5:30, Sunday 10:30-5:30 (1 hour lunch)
