Installation Technician

Located in Ames, IA

Salary: $20

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local Ames, IA company seeking an additional Installation Technician to join their team! This is a full-time position, with an opportunity to be long-term. This position starts at $20/hr, dependent on experience. The ideal candidate should have prior automotive wiring experience. 

Environment: 

• This is a 1st shift schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (Possibility of overtime)
• This is a family-owned trailer supply store, committed to providing high-quality accessory installations
• Casual clothing is preferred, must be comfortable and lightweight to move around in

Duties: 

• Installing trailer hitches, ag hitches, and other hitch components to vehicles
• Installing sand/salt spreaders to trucks
• Installing snow blades to front of trucks

Skills/Experience Needed: 

• Must be mechanically inclined and have knowledge of tools
• Must be dependable and have prior customer service experience
• Prior auto experience is a plus!
