• Ability to set up and operate CNC machines
• Can read engineering part drawings and follow process sheets
• Skilled with precision measuring tools
• Strong math, reading, and computer skills
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of machining experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC & conventional machines
• Follow process sheets, engineering drawings, and quality specs
• Perform first piece inspections and report any issues
• Maintain accurate counts and quality standards
• Suggest improvements to processes and tooling
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
