Key Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against shipping documents; report discrepancies or damages
• Route materials to designated storage locations efficiently and safely
• Rearrange and maintain organized inventory within the warehouse
• Inspect stored materials and report any signs of deterioration or damage
• Pull materials from storage and prepare them for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Overhead crane and forklift experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, tape measures, and calipers
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills (assessment required)
• Ability to distinguish colors accurately

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
• Must be capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, including:
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs independently
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling
  • Occasional climbing
• Position involves physical activity for approximately 95% of the workday
