Quality Technician-Day Shift $20.50/hr

Located in Clear Lake, WI

Salary: 20.50/hr

We are searching for a Quality Technician to directly support site manufacturing practices through development, evaluation, and continual improvement of processes using quality concepts, principles and methodologies with the goal of consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations of quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct quality checks, inspections and assessments.
• Approve and release products to and from quality status steps or stations.
• Acts as an auditor for internal, ISO and customer audits, as assigned.
• Ensures calibration of tools and equipment is complete and documented as assigned.
• Responsible for executing DR, CAR/PAR, and RFC systems. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Self-Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Possess a working knowledge regarding ISO quality standards.

 EDUCATION

• High school diploma
• Associate degree in related field preferred
