Customer Service Representative

Located in Brunswick, GA

Salary: $14/hr

We are looking to fill TWO PART TIME customer service/sales positions.

Hours are Monday - Friday; 8am - 12pm and 12pm - 5pm.

Ideal Candidate will be an experienced administrative associate with excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Professional
• Detail oriented 
• Organized 
• Proactive
• Strong typing skills
• Feel comfortable working in a team environment

Ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Managing incoming phone calls 
• Inquiries from local advertisers
• Assisting individuals over the phone, via email and in person with placing classified ads
• Addressing client service issues in a timely and professional manner 
• Other duties as assigned
