Outside Sales Representative

Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for an Outside Sales Representative position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. You will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving sales in your designated territory. You will represent our company’s products and services to potential customers, focusing on meeting their needs and exceeding sales targets. This is a high-activity sales role that requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

DETAILED SUMMARY:  

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight our offerings
• Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
• Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and customer needs

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

·         Strong negotiation skills to close deals, and to resolve objections

        Proven success in sales

·         Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English and Spanish

·         Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

        Knowledge of beef, pork, and poultry products is a plus
