Quality Control Technician

Pay Rate: $19-$22/hr
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime on Saturdays)

Join a dynamic manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to customers. We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician to ensure products meet stringent quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Job Duties & Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of inspection experience using various measurement tools (vision systems, calipers, gauge pins, microscopes).
• Programming and validating automated vision systems (e.g., Keyence, Micro-Vu)
• Interpreting and applying GD&T and basic statistical analysis (Gage R&R’s)
• Developing and maintaining inspection documentation (Drafting documents for inspection)
• Supporting root cause investigations and validation efforts (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• 2+ years of experience in medical device inspection with a focus on high regulatory standards and precision.
• 2+ years’ experience using Quality Management System databases for medical device inspections.

 

Skills:

• Strong ability to read and interpret design drawings.
• Excellent vision and eye-hand coordination to operate measurement instruments effectively.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computers, including word-processing and spreadsheet software.

 

Specialized Training: ASQ Certification (CQI or CQT) is desirable but not required.
