Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including the handling of materials, shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining equipment. This position requires a strong focus on safety and adherence to OSHA regulations while operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management.
• Perform materials handling tasks, loading and unloading goods, inventory, and maintaining storage areas.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic repairs on warehouse equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines in compliance with OSHA standards to promote a safe workplace.
• Support warehouse management in various tasks as needed, contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or related fields is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, along with materials handling techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety practices is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management.
