The Medical Assistant Coordinator will be responsible for handling administrative and clinical tasks along with other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Perform medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing billing and insurance information
• Code and document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient care by taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and assisting with minor surgical procedures
• Educate patients on self-care techniques and provide instructions for medication use
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and keep supplies stocked

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient service
• Ability to accurately code and document patient information
• Skilled in taking vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate
• Basic life support certification is preferred
