As a Banquet Server, you’ll help deliver an exceptional experience by ensuring guests receive prompt, professional service at catered events.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with complete setup and breakdown of banquet areas
• Relay food and beverage orders to kitchen and bar staff
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitary practices are maintained
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service
• Maintain composure in fast-paced environments
• Communicate special requests or food allergies to kitchen staff
• Clean tables and reset areas after guests leave
• Present yourself in a professional appearance and manner
• Jump in to assist other team members as needed

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Able to lift 20-25 and stand for extended periods
• Strong time management and ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
• Ability to follow directions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
• Experience with banquet/buffet-style service is preferred
• Self-starter with a proactive work ethic
