Employee Relations Specialist
Pay: $18-22 DOE
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate Opening Available

We are seeking a professional and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for handling employee relations matters, conflict resolution, investigations, and supporting all day-to-day Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be approachable, organized, and experienced in maintaining a positive and compliant workplace environment. Bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations concerns, workplace conflicts, and complaint investigations
• Provide conflict resolution support and guidance to employees and management
• Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, benefits, and HR compliance
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and new hire orientation processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Assist with disciplinary actions, performance management, and terminations when necessary
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement

Qualifications:

• Previous Human Resources experience required
• Experience handling employee relations and conflict resolution strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems is a plus
