NOW HIRING – Pool Construction Laborer

Location: Cookeville, TN
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Pool Construction Laborer to assist with the installation and construction of residential and commercial pools. This role involves working outdoors and supporting various stages of the construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Clear debris, dig trenches, and prepare job sites for pool installation
• Assist with forming pool structures, installing reinforcements, and pouring concrete
• Install plumbing lines, pumps, filters, and other pool equipment
• Load and unload materials and tools as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or related experience preferred
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physical labor
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Consistent work history
