Located in Neenah, WI

Salary: $16.50/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm, with mandatory overtime and occasional Saturday work as needed.

Pay: $16.50/HR

Duties:  

  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments and inventory.
  • Prepare, package, and ship outgoing products accurately and on schedule.
  • Load materials by hand, moving products individually as required.
  • Operate a sit-down forklift to transport and store materials within the warehouse.
  • Supply production lines with necessary materials to ensure efficient workflow and minimize downtime.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related paperwork and documentation.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.

Qualifications: 

  • Previous shipping and receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Sit-down forklift experience required; forklift certification preferred.
  • Ability to accurately complete paperwork and maintain inventory records.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work mandatory overtime, including occasional Saturdays.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
