Job Summary:
• Understand GMPs and SOPs associated with area and refers to them on a daily basis.• Verify all ingredients on Batch Production Record.• Ensure raw material has been released by Quality Assurance, has not expired, and is not contaminated.• Accurately scoops and weighs powder as per Master Manufacturing Record (MMR) and Batch Production Record (BPR) in required
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and keep production records and logs.• Accurately record necessary information on BPRs.• Notes and reports any SOP/GMP deviations to Quality Assurance Manager or President.• Must be detail oriented and be able to follow very specific instructions. • Screening material through screens, and magnets when needed, during scooping process.• Flexible and willing to change schedule in order to meet production needs as well as cross-train with other departments as needed. Responsible for pre weighing, pre blend and standard blend of various products.
