Salary: $12.50 plus incentive

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking motivated individuals to fill the position of Pallet Repair and Assembly with a successful business located in Tomah, Wisconsin. Our client is willing to train - no experience is needed in this field but must have recent heavy industrial work history showing the ability to handle the physicality and pace of the job.

 

Wage: $12.50/hour – with weekly piece count incentive pay.

Hours: 1^st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 5am to 3:30pm

**Opportunity to transition to a 2nd shift schedule in January 2026.

Job Duties include, but not limited to:

• Sort pallets accurately and efficiently for repair
• Replace boards of damaged pallets
• Use grinders, nail guns, and other tools to repair pallets
• Operate forklift to move pallets when needed
• Perform in a manner that follows safety policies and protocols
• Assist others a needed
  Candidates must have the ability to lift 70 lbs. on a frequent basis

Job Qualifications:

• HSD or GED
• Ability to bend, kneel, sit, stand, walk, reach, push, and lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to meet production goals and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous and recent work experience in a heavy industrial setting with the use of power tools is a must.
• Positive work history and attendance
