Seasoned Attorney2 years minimum experience for the seasoned attorney and at least a year or more in trial experience of commercial/civil litigation experience. Must have knowledge of State court litigation filings and service procedures; knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology; knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions, Essential forms will be helpful; and knowledge of bankruptcy law would be a bonus. Must be reliable, accurate and detail oriented.Seasoned - $150 - $250k range
