Express has partnered with a local organization for the hiring of a client service representatives.
Responsibilities include:
-Provide client with energy program information.- Interview client on available services, utility rights and responsibilities, energy conservation and program requirements.- Counsels client on availability and suitability of energy programs after examining client income and utility histories.- Provide client with copies of all available energy-related brochures and printed materials.- Enter data into State computer system.- Maintain all records necessary for the implementation of this program in an orderly and easily retrievable manner.
Hours:
8a-4:30pm
Monday- Friday
(some Saturdays may be required with advanced notice)
$16/hour
