This position involves consistent standing, walking, and hands-on work with automated machinery to fabricate and assemble high-quality products. We're looking for reliable team members with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor robotic and automated production line equipment

• Read and follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met

• Stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Assist with other duties as assigned based on production needs

Qualifications:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (no exceptions for medicinal/recreational marijuana)

• Must pass a federal ATF background check

• Reliable transportation to and from Mesa, AZ 85215

• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work weekends as required

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
