Distributer of high quality items to the funeral industry and cemeteries is looking for Customer Service Reps to join their team in Sun Valley.

Summary: Seeking a customer service rep to take inbound and make outbound calls to support customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Knowledge of products so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Experience working with customer support.
• Comfortable using computers.
