Salary: $25 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a commercial products distributor in Everett, WA. This day shift position offering Monday - Friday hours with pay of $25 per hour. 

This is a permanent, full-time position in a small office environment. The Administrative Assistant will:

• Answer phones and document information in the computer.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with data entry and email correspondence.
• Filing / Scanning projects.
• Organize digital and paper files.
• Support technicians who work in the field delivering products for commercial customers, helping to upsell and expand their book of business.
• Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance. 

Requirements:

• Friendly demeanor and excellent computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and seek long-term/permanent work.
• Typing of 45 WPM 
• Customer service skills.
