Overview

We are hiring Event Security staff for the Ostrich Festival this weekend. Security team members help maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for all guests, vendors, and staff.

Dates & Shifts:

• Friday: 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Monitor event grounds and report any safety concerns
• Assist with crowd control and guest direction
• Support entry/exit points and check credentials as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees
• Maintain a professional and calm presence throughout the event
• Follow all event and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Must be reliable and able to stand/walk for long periods
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced outdoor environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Prior event or security experience is helpful but not required
• Must be available for the full shift(s) selected
