Express Employment Professionals is seeking skilled Welders/Fabricators for a growing company in Dyersville, IA. 

Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Currently working mandatory overtime until 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication according to company specifications and blueprints
• Assemble products and components following work instructions and supervisor direction
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
• Join and assemble parts through welding, bolting, and riveting
• Track jobs using the company's ERP system
• Communicate any fabrication, material, or quality concerns to supervisors
• Maintain equipment in safe working condition
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Assist with inventory counts and other shop-related duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous welding and fabrication experience required
• MIG welding experience strongly preferred
• Welding or fabrication certification is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
