Job Title: Sit-Down Forklift Operator

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, stack, and organize products and materials within the warehouse or distribution center. You will ensure accurate order fulfillment, maintain proper inventory levels, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has prior forklift experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklift to move and stack products in the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize inventory.
• Safely transport materials to designated areas, ensuring proper storage and handling.
• Assist with inventory management by conducting regular counts and ensuring product accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols.
• Perform routine checks on forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues.

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification and experience operating sit-down forklifts.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and equipment operation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
