We are seeking a skilled MIG/Stick Welder to join our team! As a MIG/Stick Welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on metal components and structures. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to weld metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications.
• Perform welding tasks with precision, ensuring high-quality, strong welds.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines.
• Work with other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment.

Qualifications:

• 5 Years Previous experience in MIG welding 
• Looking for at least 5 years of fabrication experience
• Field installation of a variety of parts built in the shop
• Field removal and installation of custom cut liners
• Field repairs of cracked/Worn equipment and structures
• Proficient with MIG and STICK welding
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-conscious and familiar with welding safety practices.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
