Production Line Worker – New Kensington, PA

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Production Line Worker on behalf of one of our clients.

Pay & Schedule:

• Starting at $15/hr with a $3/hr raise after hire-on

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.

• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet standards.

• Assist in production of antifreeze products.

• Empty boxes and bottles onto conveyor lines.

• Manually pack finished bottles into boxes.

• Stack finished cases onto pallets according to patterns.

• Fold/tape 2-pack boxes, insert dividers, stack and wrap.

• Unload drums from trucks (approx. 32 lbs each, 2–3 times weekly).

• Move trash/cardboard to designated dumpsters.

• Maintain general housekeeping during downtime and assist as needed.

• Follow procedures for startup and shutdown of equipment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts.

• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs.

• Ability to bend, squat, and twist as needed.

• Previous production or assembly experience helpful, but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
