This position involves handling inbound calls, assisting students with inquiries related to financial aid for vocational and trade programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle high call volumes. This role requires a professional, empathetic approach to guide students through the financial aid process confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from students seeking financial aid to continue their education in a vocational or trade program.
• Gather necessary details from students and provide them with resources and guidance to navigate the financial aid process.
• Assist students in understanding their financial aid options, application processes, and eligibility requirements.
• Accurately document all interactions and follow-up actions in the system.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and data entry.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
• Must be available to work within the specified hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
