Job Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Job Overview:

Santa Clarita Company is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and efficient assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel in both English and Spanish.
• Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
• Provide general information and respond to inquiries from visitors and callers in both languages.
• Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall function of the office.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly and personable with a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: $17 – 18
