• Working directly with customers
• Talking to underwriters 
• Taking payments 
• Endorsements 
• Making changes to lines 
• Working on computers and computer systems 

Requirements: 

• Good customer service skills 
• Computer knowledge 
• Team player
• Previous insurance experience preferred but not required 
• Needs to have good office and customer service background

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday
